ONE-TO-ONE BREATHWORK AND FLOW
These 60-minute sessions combine conscious connected breath with gentle movement or yoga, intuitively tailored to your needs. Rooted in the principles of Rebirthing Breathwork, this approach uses a flowing, circular breath pattern to help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional and energetic balance.
You’ll begin lying down, fully supported and guided through conscious connected breathing to drop into a deep state of awareness and relaxation. From here, the session may naturally unfold into gentle yoga or intuitive movement—led by your breath and what your body needs in the moment.
Benefits may include emotional release, reduced anxiety, increased energy, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of connection to self. It’s a powerful practice for clearing what no longer serves you, calming the mind, and cultivating inner spaciousness.

Whether you’re a seasoned performer or completely new to singing, sessions are tailored to support your unique vocal journey—combining technical development with mindful, body-based practices.
You’ll be guided through breathwork, vocal exercises, and gentle movement to help release tension, build confidence, and connect with the authentic voice that lives within you. We work not just with the mechanics of singing, but with the whole self—integrating body, mind, and emotion.
In some sessions, energy work and sound therapy may be intuitively woven in to help clear emotional or energetic blockages held in the voice.
Together, we explore vocal freedom, emotional expression, and presence—creating a space where your voice can grow, heal, and thrive.
